| Every Friday Chris and Carol Coffin butcher their home reared meat, beef, rare breed pig as well as seasonally lamb and make cheese for their smallholding business and they have kindly offered to allow DSA members who would like to watch this in progress as a sort of tutorial to come along by appointment.
