Christmas Social 2 9 Months ago
Can I take this opportunity to thank the organisers of the DSA Christmas Social. We had a lovely evening of frivolity and fun, not to mention the many prizes won, (mainly by Chris!).
We absolutely love the sometimes slightly tongue in cheek 'bring and swap' raffle, the fact that one is never quite certain if the gift will be someone's last year's unwanted cast off or a brand new purchase makes it all the more exciting and fun!
The quiz prizes this year were of a very good standard and I commend you on your persuasive powers! We are really looking forward to visiting the chocolate factory.
It's not easy organising an event, trying to please all who attend - so well done!

No, sorry! We quite fancied that prize and thought maybe we'd actually go and PAY to have one! If we do we will tell them it was because of the advertising through them giving a freebie! Chris thought it was perhaps the nice American couple who won a couple of things??
